My experience at Au Bois De Lune was delightful. the king room was inviting, featuring a spacious double bed and a convenient kitchenette. the setting was peaceful, making it a great getaway. the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Linga and Pre la Joux ski areas, with plenty of free parking available nearby, easy access to Chatel.

Amazing stay, as always. Characterful base for 2 nights. The location quiet and marvellous easy to get to the best lifts for the whole area. And short walk to Linga and Pre la Joux ski areas that also have ample free parking, the slopes, and a river. The rooms - beautiful, cosy with kitchenette as well as large double bed...

The location of this place is just perfect - peaceful and quiet yet close enough to local amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and the communication was easy despite the language barrier. The room was beautifully decorated and had a convenient kitchenette. The WiFi was superbly fast and reliable. The breakfast selection was out of this world, with delicious homemade cakes, tarts, and jams, as well as hot and cold options and a variety of drinks. The free parking and easy access through the side door after hours were definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

We loved our stay at this charming hotel. The family room with a separate bedroom for the kids was perfect for us as a group of old people with teenagers. The kitchenette was very handy, and there was a supermarket nearby. The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, even providing extra towels for swimming. The multi pass included with the hotel gave us cheap chair lift access and discounts. The location was peaceful, not in the main drag, but still close to the village center and plenty of dining options. The activities like climbing and high ropes were a hit with the teenagers. We also enjoyed a trip to Villeneuve in Switzerland, which was worth a visit. And the swimming pool with diving boards was superb!
Felt really welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are well decorated, comfortable, and even have kitchenettes. The breakfast spread is exceptional, offering homemade treats and a variety of hot and cold options.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a kitchenette that came in handy. The location was convenient, with easy access to the slopes and nearby amenities. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.

Great location, free shuttle to slopes and town, free Wi-Fi, private parking, Multipass card.
Oh, just loved trekking uphill in the rain without a bus service in the evening. Such a delight.

The hotel is located in a picturesque and quiet area, with easy access to parking and bus routes. Some rooms have a comfortable bed and balcony with a view. the breakfast is exceptional, with homemade cakes, tarts, jams, and choices of hot and cold foods. There are plenty of activities near the hotel, such as climbing/high ropes and visiting nearby villages.
The hotel lacked certain modern amenities and conveniences expected in hotels, such as a gym or spa facilities to relax.

superb stay with teenagers in family room, clean, hospitable owner, useful kitchenette, multi pass, not in main drag. Lovely people running the hotel, great location, spacious room with kitchenette, newly done bathrooms, great breakfasts, restaurants and bars nearby. Extremely personable and helpful owner, spacious and clean room, exceptional breakfast.

The uphill trek to the town center might be discouraging for some. A lack of evening bus services was inconvenient at times.
